LANGUAGE AND INTERPRETATION
This Parent/Guardian Consent & Media Release is provided in both English and Spanish for accessibility, transparency, and understanding.
Both versions are intended to communicate the same substantive authorizations, limitations, rights, and responsibilities.
In the event of an unintended discrepancy, inconsistency, ambiguity, or difference in interpretation between the English and Spanish versions, the English-language version shall govern to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this Consent & Media Release is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate any right that cannot lawfully be waived.
ENGLISH VERSION
1. PURPOSE OF THIS CONSENT
Speak It With Ms. Diaz provides live online Spanish educational services to minor Students.
This Parent/Guardian Consent & Media Release has two specific purposes:
To obtain Parent/Guardian consent for the Student to appear and be heard in educational recordings created during live online classes; and
To allow the Parent/Guardian to separately choose whether the Student’s image and/or voice may be used for advertising, marketing, promotional, or other commercial purposes.
Educational recording consent and promotional media authorization are separate.
Authorizing educational recording does not automatically authorize promotional or commercial use.
2. PARENT/GUARDIAN AUTHORITY
By completing and submitting this Consent, the person providing authorization represents that they are the Student’s Parent, legal Guardian, or another adult legally authorized to make the applicable decisions on behalf of the Student.
The Parent/Guardian represents that they have sufficient legal authority to provide the authorizations selected in this Consent.
Speak It With Ms. Diaz may request reasonable confirmation of Parent/Guardian authority when appropriate or legally required.
EDUCATIONAL RECORDING CONSENT
3. CLASSES ARE INTENDED TO BE RECORDED
The Parent/Guardian understands that live online classes provided by Speak It With Ms. Diaz are intended to be recorded for legitimate educational purposes.
An educational recording may include the Student’s:
Image;
Face;
Voice;
First name or display name;
Spoken responses;
Written responses;
Educational work;
Participation in games and activities;
Interactions with the Instructor;
Interactions with other Students; and
Other content naturally generated through participation in class.
The Parent/Guardian understands that technical problems may occasionally prevent a class from being successfully recorded, saved, uploaded, processed, or made available.
Although classes are intended to be recorded, availability of a recording is not guaranteed.
4. PURPOSE OF EDUCATIONAL RECORDINGS
Educational recordings may be used for legitimate educational purposes including:
Allowing Students to review class content;
Helping enrolled Students review a missed class;
Reinforcing previously presented material;
Supporting educational continuity;
Supporting instructional planning;
Reviewing lesson effectiveness;
Addressing legitimate classroom or administrative questions; and
Maintaining the quality and continuity of educational services.
Educational recordings are not intended for unrestricted public distribution.
5. ACCESS TO GROUP CLASS RECORDINGS
The Parent/Guardian understands that, in a group class, the Student may appear or be heard in a recording that is made available to authorized enrolled families associated with the same class or group.
Likewise, recordings made available to the Parent/Guardian may contain the image, voice, first name or display name, responses, educational work, or participation of other minor Students.
This limited access is intended solely for legitimate educational review associated with the applicable class or group.
Educational recordings are generally intended to remain available for approximately 30 days following the applicable class.
A recording may become unavailable earlier because of privacy, security, technical, legal, storage, or administrative reasons.
Speak It With Ms. Diaz does not guarantee permanent access to recordings.
6. PRIVACY OF EDUCATIONAL RECORDINGS
Educational recordings provided to families are for authorized educational use only.
The Parent/Guardian and Student may not, without appropriate authorization:
Upload a recording to social media;
Post it publicly;
Forward it to unrelated individuals;
Sell it;
Redistribute it;
Screen-record it for redistribution;
Extract images, video, or audio of another Student for public or commercial use;
Create promotional or entertainment content using another Student’s participation; or
Otherwise use a recording in a manner that violates another Student’s privacy.
The Parent/Guardian is responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect recording links and prevent unauthorized access or redistribution.
EDUCATIONAL RECORDING AND PROMOTIONAL USE ARE DIFFERENT
7. EDUCATIONAL CONSENT DOES NOT EQUAL PROMOTIONAL CONSENT
The Parent/Guardian expressly understands that permission for the Student to appear in an educational recording is separate from permission to use the Student’s image or voice for advertising, marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes.
Educational recording consent does not automatically authorize Speak It With Ms. Diaz to publish identifiable Student media on:
Social media;
The Speak It With Ms. Diaz website;
Paid advertisements;
Digital advertisements;
Promotional videos or reels;
Flyers;
Brochures;
Email marketing;
Presentations;
Promotional publications; or
Other advertising or marketing materials.
Promotional and commercial use is governed exclusively by the optional authorization selected below.
OPTIONAL PROMOTIONAL MEDIA AUTHORIZATION
8. PROMOTIONAL AUTHORIZATION IS VOLUNTARY
Promotional media authorization is entirely optional.
A Student will not be denied enrollment, removed from a program, charged a different price, receive fewer instructional opportunities, or receive lower-quality instruction because the Parent/Guardian declines promotional use or selects a more limited authorization.
Participation in educational services is not conditioned upon providing promotional media authorization.
9. PROMOTIONAL AND COMMERCIAL PURPOSES
If authorized below, approved Student media may be used by Speak It With Ms. Diaz to advertise, market, promote, or communicate information about its educational services.
Depending on the authorization selected, this may include use on:
The Speak It With Ms. Diaz website;
Official social media accounts;
Organic social media posts;
Paid social media advertisements;
Digital advertisements;
Promotional videos or reels;
Flyers and brochures;
Educational-program presentations;
Email or digital marketing materials; and
Other legitimate advertising, promotional, or commercial materials related to Speak It With Ms. Diaz.
Only the categories of Student media affirmatively authorized by the Parent/Guardian may be intentionally used for these purposes.
10. SELECT ONE PROMOTIONAL MEDIA OPTION
☐ OPTION A — FULL MEDIA AUTHORIZATION: IMAGE + VOICE
I AUTHORIZE promotional and commercial use of my child’s image and voice.
I authorize Speak It With Ms. Diaz to use approved photographs, video clips, and/or audio containing my child’s image and/or voice for legitimate advertising, marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes related to Speak It With Ms. Diaz and its educational services.
Authorized media may be reasonably edited for length, layout, captions, formatting, sound, transitions, branding, or presentation, provided that the Student’s participation is not intentionally presented in a materially false, misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate manner.
This authorization does not permit unnecessary disclosure of sensitive personal information about my child.
☐ OPTION B — VOICE-ONLY AUTHORIZATION
I DO NOT AUTHORIZE identifiable promotional or commercial use of my child’s image or face.
I AUTHORIZE promotional and commercial use of my child’s voice only, provided that my child’s visual identity remains protected.
Under this option, Speak It With Ms. Diaz may use an approved portion of the Student’s voice or audio for legitimate advertising, marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes.
The Student’s face must be completely obscured or otherwise rendered visually non-identifiable.
Methods may include:
Cropping the Student’s face entirely out of the image or video;
Completely covering the face with an emoji, graphic, shape, illustration, or other visual element;
Applying sufficient blurring or masking so facial features cannot reasonably be identified;
Reframing the video so the Student’s face is not visible; or
Using another reasonable method that renders the Student visually non-identifiable.
The Student’s unobscured face may not intentionally appear in promotional or commercial content under this option.
Speak It With Ms. Diaz will also make reasonable efforts not to combine Voice-Only promotional content with unnecessary identifying information such as the Student’s full name.
The Parent/Guardian understands that a person’s voice may still be recognizable to someone who already knows that person. Voice-Only Authorization therefore protects the Student’s visual identity but cannot guarantee that the Student’s voice will never be recognized.
☐ OPTION C — NO PROMOTIONAL MEDIA AUTHORIZATION
I DO NOT AUTHORIZE promotional or commercial use of my child’s identifiable image, video, or voice.
Under this option, Speak It With Ms. Diaz may not intentionally use my child’s identifiable image, identifiable video, or identifiable voice for advertising, social media, website marketing, paid advertising, promotional materials, or other commercial purposes unless I later provide separate affirmative authorization.
My child may continue participating fully in the educational program.
11. IF NO PROMOTIONAL OPTION IS SELECTED
If the Parent/Guardian does not affirmatively select a promotional media option, no promotional authorization will be presumed.
Silence, failure to respond, attendance at class, payment for a program, acceptance of the Terms & Conditions, or consent to educational recording will not by themselves constitute permission for identifiable promotional or commercial use.
Unless and until appropriate promotional authorization is obtained, the Student will be treated as having no promotional media authorization.
12. EDITING AND DE-IDENTIFICATION
When media is edited to comply with a limited authorization, Speak It With Ms. Diaz may crop, blur, mask, cover, mute, remove, or otherwise modify portions of the material as reasonably necessary to protect Student privacy.
For Voice-Only Authorization, visual editing must be sufficient to prevent the Student’s face from being reasonably identifiable.
Merely covering a small portion of the Student’s face is not sufficient if the Student remains reasonably identifiable from visible facial features.
13. NO COMPENSATION FOR AUTHORIZED PROMOTIONAL USE
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, no royalty, residual, payment, or other compensation is owed solely because authorized Student media is used in accordance with the promotional option selected in this Consent.
Declining promotional authorization will not change tuition, subscription pricing, or other fees associated with educational services.
14. CHANGING OR WITHDRAWING PROMOTIONAL AUTHORIZATION
The Parent/Guardian may contact Speak It With Ms. Diaz to modify or withdraw future promotional authorization.
The change will apply prospectively after Speak It With Ms. Diaz has received and had a reasonable opportunity to process the request.
Where reasonably practicable and within the control of Speak It With Ms. Diaz, existing digital promotional content containing identifiable Student media may also be removed, replaced, or modified.
However, withdrawal may not make it possible to retrieve every copy of material that was lawfully used before the withdrawal and is already:
Printed;
Physically distributed;
Reposted or copied by unrelated third parties;
Cached;
Archived by third-party systems; or
Otherwise outside the reasonable control of Speak It With Ms. Diaz.
Speak It With Ms. Diaz will not intentionally initiate new promotional uses that conflict with a processed withdrawal.
Withdrawal of promotional authorization does not automatically withdraw educational recording consent.
15. PRIVACY OF OTHER STUDENTS
The Parent/Guardian may provide authorization only for their own child.
This Consent does not authorize the Parent/Guardian or Student to use, publish, distribute, or grant rights over another Student’s image, voice, name, educational work, or classroom participation.
Speak It With Ms. Diaz will apply the authorization associated with each Student when determining whether and how classroom media may be used for promotional or commercial purposes.
16. PARENT/GUARDIAN ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND CONSENT
By submitting this Consent, I acknowledge that:
I am legally authorized to provide consent for the Student.
I understand that applicable live classes are intended to be recorded for educational purposes.
I understand that educational recordings may contain my child’s image, face, voice, first name or display name, responses, educational work, and classroom participation.
I understand that group recordings may be made available for a limited period to authorized enrolled families associated with the same class or group.
I understand that recordings are generally intended to remain available for approximately 30 days but are not guaranteed.
I agree not to distribute educational recordings or media containing other minor Students without appropriate authorization.
I understand that educational recording consent is separate from promotional media authorization.
I understand that promotional media authorization is optional.
I understand the differences among Full Media Authorization, Voice-Only Authorization, and No Promotional Media Authorization.
I understand that declining promotional authorization will not affect my child’s participation or educational treatment.
I understand that I may modify or withdraw future promotional authorization.
17. REQUIRED SELECTIONS
A. EDUCATIONAL RECORDING CONSENT

19. ELECTRONIC CONSENT
When this Consent is completed electronically, checking the applicable authorization boxes, entering the requested information, and submitting the form may constitute the Parent/Guardian’s electronic acknowledgment and consent to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where applicable law requires an additional form of parental verification, Speak It With Ms. Diaz may require an additional verification step.

Ambas versiones tienen la intención de comunicar las mismas autorizaciones, limitaciones, derechos y responsabilidades sustanciales.

Speak It With Ms. Diaz proporciona servicios educativos de español online en vivo a Estudiantes menores de edad.
Este Consentimiento del Padre/Tutor y Autorización de Medios tiene dos objetivos específicos:
Obtener el consentimiento del Padre/Tutor para que el Estudiante aparezca y pueda ser escuchado en grabaciones educativas creadas durante las clases online en vivo; y
Permitir al Padre/Tutor elegir de manera separada si autoriza que la imagen y/o voz del Estudiante puedan utilizarse con fines de publicidad, marketing, promoción u otros fines comerciales.
El consentimiento para grabación educativa y la autorización de medios promocionales son independientes.
Autorizar la grabación educativa no autoriza automáticamente el uso promocional o comercial.
2. AUTORIDAD DEL PADRE/TUTOR
Al completar y enviar este Consentimiento, la persona que proporciona la autorización declara que es Padre, Tutor legal u otro adulto legalmente autorizado para tomar las decisiones correspondientes en nombre del Estudiante.
El Padre/Tutor declara que cuenta con autoridad legal suficiente para proporcionar las autorizaciones seleccionadas en este Consentimiento.
Speak It With Ms. Diaz podrá solicitar confirmación razonable de la autoridad del Padre/Tutor cuando resulte apropiado o legalmente requerido.
CONSENTIMIENTO PARA GRABACIONES EDUCATIVAS
3. LAS CLASES ESTÁN DESTINADAS A SER GRABADAS
El Padre/Tutor entiende que las clases online en vivo proporcionadas por Speak It With Ms. Diaz están destinadas a ser grabadas para fines educativos legítimos.
Una grabación educativa puede incluir del Estudiante:
Imagen;
Rostro;
Voz;
Nombre o nombre mostrado;
Respuestas habladas;
Respuestas escritas;
Trabajo educativo;
Participación en juegos y actividades;
Interacciones con la Maestra;
Interacciones con otros Estudiantes; y
Otro contenido generado naturalmente mediante la participación en clase.
El Padre/Tutor entiende que problemas técnicos pueden ocasionalmente impedir que una clase sea grabada, guardada, subida, procesada o puesta a disposición correctamente.
Aunque las clases están destinadas a ser grabadas, la disponibilidad de una grabación no está garantizada.
4. FINALIDAD DE LAS GRABACIONES EDUCATIVAS
Las grabaciones educativas pueden utilizarse para fines educativos legítimos incluyendo:
Permitir a los Estudiantes revisar contenido de la clase;
Ayudar a Estudiantes inscritos a revisar una clase perdida;
Reforzar material presentado previamente;
Apoyar la continuidad educativa;
Apoyar la planeación educativa;
Revisar la efectividad de las lecciones;
Atender cuestiones legítimas de clase o administrativas; y
Mantener la calidad y continuidad de los servicios educativos.
Las grabaciones educativas no están destinadas a distribución pública sin restricciones.
5. ACCESO A GRABACIONES DE CLASES GRUPALES
El Padre/Tutor entiende que, en una clase grupal, el Estudiante puede aparecer o ser escuchado en una grabación que se ponga a disposición de familias autorizadas e inscritas asociadas con la misma clase o grupo.
De igual forma, las grabaciones puestas a disposición del Padre/Tutor pueden contener la imagen, voz, nombre o nombre mostrado, respuestas, trabajo educativo o participación de otros Estudiantes menores.
Este acceso limitado está destinado únicamente a revisión educativa legítima asociada con la clase o grupo correspondiente.
Las grabaciones educativas generalmente están destinadas a permanecer disponibles durante aproximadamente 30 días después de la clase correspondiente.
Una grabación puede dejar de estar disponible antes por razones de privacidad, seguridad, técnicas, legales, almacenamiento o administrativas.
Speak It With Ms. Diaz no garantiza acceso permanente a las grabaciones.
6. PRIVACIDAD DE LAS GRABACIONES EDUCATIVAS
Las grabaciones educativas proporcionadas a las familias son exclusivamente para uso educativo autorizado.
El Padre/Tutor y el Estudiante no podrán, sin autorización apropiada:
Subir una grabación a redes sociales;
Publicarla públicamente;
Enviarla a personas no relacionadas;
Venderla;
Redistribuirla;
Grabar la pantalla para redistribuirla;
Extraer imágenes, video o audio de otro Estudiante para uso público o comercial;
Crear contenido promocional o de entretenimiento utilizando la participación de otro Estudiante; o
Utilizar de otra forma una grabación de una manera que viole la privacidad de otro Estudiante.
El Padre/Tutor es responsable de tomar medidas razonables para proteger los enlaces de grabaciones e impedir acceso o redistribución no autorizados.
LA GRABACIÓN EDUCATIVA Y EL USO PROMOCIONAL SON DIFERENTES
7. EL CONSENTIMIENTO EDUCATIVO NO EQUIVALE A CONSENTIMIENTO PROMOCIONAL
El Padre/Tutor entiende expresamente que la autorización para que el Estudiante aparezca en una grabación educativa es independiente de la autorización para utilizar la imagen o voz del Estudiante con fines de publicidad, marketing, promoción o comerciales.
El consentimiento para grabación educativa no autoriza automáticamente a Speak It With Ms. Diaz a publicar medios identificables del Estudiante en:
Redes sociales;
El sitio web de Speak It With Ms. Diaz;
Anuncios pagados;
Anuncios digitales;
Videos promocionales o reels;
Flyers;
Brochures;
Email marketing;
Presentaciones;
Publicaciones promocionales; u
Otros materiales publicitarios o de marketing.
El uso promocional y comercial se rige exclusivamente por la autorización opcional seleccionada a continuación.
AUTORIZACIÓN OPCIONAL DE MEDIOS PROMOCIONALES
8. LA AUTORIZACIÓN PROMOCIONAL ES VOLUNTARIA
La autorización de medios promocionales es completamente opcional.
A un Estudiante no se le negará la inscripción, no será retirado de un programa, no se le cobrará un precio diferente, no recibirá menos oportunidades educativas ni recibirá enseñanza de menor calidad porque el Padre/Tutor rechace el uso promocional o seleccione una autorización más limitada.
La participación en servicios educativos no está condicionada a proporcionar autorización de medios promocionales.
9. FINALIDADES PROMOCIONALES Y COMERCIALES
Si existe autorización conforme a las opciones siguientes, los medios aprobados del Estudiante pueden ser utilizados por Speak It With Ms. Diaz para anunciar, comercializar, promocionar o comunicar información acerca de sus servicios educativos.
Dependiendo de la autorización seleccionada, esto puede incluir uso en:
El sitio web de Speak It With Ms. Diaz;
Cuentas oficiales de redes sociales;
Publicaciones orgánicas en redes sociales;
Anuncios pagados en redes sociales;
Anuncios digitales;
Videos promocionales o reels;
Flyers y brochures;
Presentaciones de programas educativos;
Email o materiales digitales de marketing; y
Otros materiales legítimos de publicidad, promoción o uso comercial relacionados con Speak It With Ms. Diaz.
Únicamente las categorías de medios del Estudiante autorizadas afirmativamente por el Padre/Tutor podrán utilizarse intencionalmente para estos fines.
10. SELECCIONE UNA OPCIÓN DE MEDIOS PROMOCIONALES
☐ OPCIÓN A — AUTORIZACIÓN COMPLETA DE MEDIOS: IMAGEN + VOZ
AUTORIZO el uso promocional y comercial de la imagen y voz de mi hijo/a.
Autorizo a Speak It With Ms. Diaz a utilizar fotografías aprobadas, clips de video y/o audio que contengan la imagen y/o voz de mi hijo/a para fines legítimos de publicidad, marketing, promoción y otros fines comerciales relacionados con Speak It With Ms. Diaz y sus servicios educativos.
Los medios autorizados podrán editarse razonablemente por duración, diseño, subtítulos, formato, sonido, transiciones, branding o presentación, siempre que la participación del Estudiante no sea presentada intencionalmente de manera materialmente falsa, engañosa, difamatoria o inapropiada.
Esta autorización no permite divulgar innecesariamente información personal sensible sobre mi hijo/a.
☐ OPCIÓN B — AUTORIZACIÓN ÚNICAMENTE DE VOZ
NO AUTORIZO el uso promocional o comercial identificable de la imagen o rostro de mi hijo/a.
AUTORIZO únicamente el uso promocional y comercial de la voz de mi hijo/a, siempre que su identidad visual permanezca protegida.
Bajo esta opción, Speak It With Ms. Diaz puede utilizar una parte aprobada de la voz o audio del Estudiante para fines legítimos de publicidad, marketing, promoción o comerciales.
El rostro del Estudiante deberá estar completamente oculto o representado de otra forma visualmente no identificable.
Los métodos pueden incluir:
Recortar completamente el rostro del Estudiante de la imagen o video;
Cubrir completamente el rostro con un emoji, gráfico, figura, ilustración u otro elemento visual;
Aplicar suficiente desenfoque o enmascaramiento para que los rasgos faciales no puedan identificarse razonablemente;
Reencuadrar el video para que el rostro del Estudiante no sea visible; o
Utilizar otro método razonable que haga al Estudiante visualmente no identificable.
El rostro sin ocultar del Estudiante no podrá aparecer intencionalmente en contenido promocional o comercial bajo esta opción.
Speak It With Ms. Diaz también realizará esfuerzos razonables para no combinar contenido promocional de Voz Únicamente con información identificadora innecesaria, como el nombre completo del Estudiante.
El Padre/Tutor entiende que la voz de una persona puede ser reconocida por alguien que ya conozca a dicha persona. Por ello, la Autorización Únicamente de Voz protege la identidad visual del Estudiante, pero no puede garantizar que la voz del Estudiante nunca sea reconocida.
☐ OPCIÓN C — SIN AUTORIZACIÓN DE MEDIOS PROMOCIONALES
NO AUTORIZO el uso promocional o comercial de la imagen, video o voz identificables de mi hijo/a.
Bajo esta opción, Speak It With Ms. Diaz no podrá utilizar intencionalmente la imagen identificable, video identificable o voz identificable de mi hijo/a para publicidad, redes sociales, marketing del sitio web, publicidad pagada, materiales promocionales u otros fines comerciales salvo que posteriormente proporcione una autorización afirmativa independiente.
Mi hijo/a podrá continuar participando plenamente en el programa educativo.
11. SI NO SE SELECCIONA NINGUNA OPCIÓN PROMOCIONAL
Si el Padre/Tutor no selecciona afirmativamente una opción de medios promocionales, no se presumirá autorización promocional.
El silencio, falta de respuesta, asistencia a clase, pago de un programa, aceptación de los Terms & Conditions o consentimiento para grabación educativa no constituirán por sí mismos permiso para uso promocional o comercial identificable.
Hasta que se obtenga una autorización promocional apropiada, se considerará que el Estudiante tiene Sin Autorización de Medios Promocionales.
12. EDICIÓN Y DESIDENTIFICACIÓN
Cuando los medios sean editados para cumplir con una autorización limitada, Speak It With Ms. Diaz podrá recortar, desenfocar, enmascarar, cubrir, silenciar, eliminar o modificar de otra manera partes del material según resulte razonablemente necesario para proteger la privacidad del Estudiante.
Para la Autorización Únicamente de Voz, la edición visual deberá ser suficiente para impedir que el rostro del Estudiante sea razonablemente identificable.
Cubrir únicamente una pequeña parte del rostro del Estudiante no será suficiente si el Estudiante continúa siendo razonablemente identificable mediante rasgos faciales visibles.
13. SIN COMPENSACIÓN POR USO PROMOCIONAL AUTORIZADO
Salvo que un acuerdo escrito independiente establezca lo contrario, no se deberá royalty, residual, pago u otra compensación únicamente porque medios autorizados del Estudiante sean utilizados de acuerdo con la opción promocional seleccionada en este Consentimiento.
Rechazar la autorización promocional no modificará la colegiatura, precio de suscripción u otras tarifas relacionadas con los servicios educativos.
14. CAMBIO O RETIRO DE LA AUTORIZACIÓN PROMOCIONAL
El Padre/Tutor puede contactar a Speak It With Ms. Diaz para modificar o retirar autorización promocional futura.
El cambio se aplicará prospectivamente después de que Speak It With Ms. Diaz lo haya recibido y haya tenido una oportunidad razonable para procesar la solicitud.
Cuando resulte razonablemente posible y se encuentre bajo el control de Speak It With Ms. Diaz, contenido promocional digital existente que contenga medios identificables del Estudiante también podrá eliminarse, sustituirse o modificarse.
Sin embargo, el retiro puede no permitir recuperar todas las copias de material que haya sido utilizado legalmente antes del retiro y que ya se encuentre:
Impreso;
Distribuido físicamente;
Republicado o copiado por terceros no relacionados;
Almacenado en caché;
Archivado por sistemas de terceros; o
De otra forma fuera del control razonable de Speak It With Ms. Diaz.
Speak It With Ms. Diaz no iniciará intencionalmente nuevos usos promocionales que entren en conflicto con un retiro ya procesado.
Retirar autorización promocional no retira automáticamente el consentimiento para grabación educativa.
15. PRIVACIDAD DE OTROS ESTUDIANTES
El Padre/Tutor únicamente puede proporcionar autorización respecto de su propio hijo/a.
Este Consentimiento no autoriza al Padre/Tutor o Estudiante a utilizar, publicar, distribuir u otorgar derechos sobre imagen, voz, nombre, trabajo educativo o participación en clase de otro Estudiante.
Speak It With Ms. Diaz aplicará la autorización asociada con cada Estudiante al determinar si los medios de clase pueden utilizarse para fines promocionales o comerciales y de qué forma.
16. RECONOCIMIENTO Y CONSENTIMIENTO DEL PADRE/TUTOR
Al enviar este Consentimiento, reconozco que:
Estoy legalmente autorizado/a para proporcionar consentimiento respecto del Estudiante.
Entiendo que las clases online en vivo aplicables están destinadas a ser grabadas para fines educativos.
Entiendo que las grabaciones educativas pueden contener imagen, rostro, voz, nombre o nombre mostrado, respuestas, trabajo educativo y participación en clase de mi hijo/a.
Entiendo que grabaciones grupales pueden ponerse a disposición durante un período limitado de familias autorizadas e inscritas asociadas con la misma clase o grupo.
Entiendo que las grabaciones generalmente están destinadas a permanecer disponibles aproximadamente 30 días, pero no están garantizadas.
Acepto no distribuir grabaciones educativas ni medios que contengan otros Estudiantes menores sin autorización apropiada.
Entiendo que el consentimiento para grabación educativa es independiente de la autorización de medios promocionales.
Entiendo que la autorización de medios promocionales es opcional.
Entiendo las diferencias entre Autorización Completa de Medios, Autorización Únicamente de Voz y Sin Autorización de Medios Promocionales.
Entiendo que rechazar autorización promocional no afectará la participación ni trato educativo de mi hijo/a.
Entiendo que puedo modificar o retirar autorización promocional futura.

19. CONSENTIMIENTO ELECTRÓNICO
Cuando este Consentimiento se complete electrónicamente, marcar las casillas de autorización aplicables, introducir la información solicitada y enviar el formulario podrá constituir el reconocimiento y consentimiento electrónico del Padre/Tutor en la medida permitida por la legislación aplicable.
Cuando la legislación aplicable requiera una forma adicional de verificación parental, Speak It With Ms. Diaz podrá requerir un paso adicional de verificación.

Esos documentos regulan la relación educativa general, prácticas de privacidad, inscripción, pagos, suscripciones, cancelaciones, reembolsos y asuntos relacionados.
Este documento está limitado al consentimiento para grabación educativa y autorización opcional de medios promocionales/comerciales.
